      The Kazan authorities plan to transform Profsoyuznaya Street with the aim of creating a more comfortable pedestrian environment. As Albert Salikhov, head of the Vakhitovsky and Privolzhsky districts of the city, said, specialists are currently considering various options for reorganizing traffic.

      A final decision on the option for transforming the street has not yet been made. Salikhov emphasized his openness to dialogue with urban planning experts and local residents. In his Telegram channel the district head noted that there will be no details for now. However, he is confident that in the future the street will become more comfortable for pedestrians. Exactly how that will be achieved is currently being decided.
