      A criminal case has been opened against the director of LLC "Gaz-Automatika" for tax evasion, the Investigative Committee of Tatarstan reports.

      According to the investigation, in the period from 2021 to 2023 the manager deliberately entered into the company’s declarations and other documents data about allegedly existing financial relations with 15 counterparties. Thanks to this deception she evaded payment of VAT and profit tax totaling more than 27 million rubles.

      The crime was detected during investigative actions, as well as joint operations with police and tax service officers. Investigators are currently establishing all the circumstances of what happened.
