      Rubin's defensive midfielder Anton Shvets successfully underwent surgery in Germany, the Kazan club's press service reports. The player suffered a torn cruciate ligament in training at the end of October, after which surgical intervention was required.

      Shvets joined Rubin on September 16 and managed to play only two matches for the Kazan side: 29 minutes in the cup game against Orenburg and 38 minutes in the RPL match against Akron. In the league the midfielder registered one assist.
