In 2025 the minimum price for mandarins in major Russian retail chains fell by 25% compared with last year, amounting to from 100 rubles per kilogram. This was reported by Stanislav Bogdanov, chairman of the presidium of the Association of Omnichannel Retail Companies (AKORT), TASS writes.
Depending on the store format, shoppers can find between two and eleven types of mandarins, and the assortment will expand ahead of the New Year holidays. Among popular varieties are Turkish and Abkhazian mandarins, clementines, Murcott, Nadorcott, mini-mandarins and the Asian variety Hallabong.
