Sariya Shaykhutdinova from the village of Begishevo brings a beautiful smile to the villagers.

      People from different corners of the large rural district wait for their doctor, whose hands and professionalism have earned boundless trust. This is dentist Sariya Shaykhutdinova, whose fate is closely intertwined not only with medicine but also with the history of the village of Begishevo itself. Her professional path began in 1992, and for more than three decades she has devoted herself to serving people. In 2003 Sariya Shaykhutdinova came to work at the Begishevo Medical Outpatient Clinic, becoming an integral part of it. Over the years generations of fellow villagers have passed through her office.

      The history of the clinic itself has its roots in the mid-20th century and is inseparably linked with the family whose name became a symbol of service to Begishevo. The Begishevo hospital, the predecessor of today’s outpatient clinic, was opened in the 1950s by Raziya Khasanova — the wife of Mansur Khasanovich Khasanov, whose name is proudly borne by the local school today. This marriage was a union of two selfless people who devoted themselves to the education and healthcare of their native land. The Khasanov spouses are relatives of Sariya Shaykhutdinova.

      In 2012, in line with the demands of the time, the clinic was transformed into a medical outpatient clinic, significantly expanding its capabilities.

      Today the Begishevo Medical Outpatient Clinic is a modern medical outpost serving 18 surrounding villages. It is headed by an experienced and respected leader — Chief Physician Moskov Valentin Nikolaevich. His professional path is a model of dedication to medicine: an Honored Doctor of the Republic of Tatarstan, he holds the highest professional qualification in the specialty of phthisiatry. This invaluable experience in combating particular infections that require the highest competence and responsibility has formed the basis of his leadership, ensuring coordination and high quality of medical care at the clinic.

      Alongside him and Sariya Shaykhutdinova works a close-knit team of professionals with vast experience. An inestimable contribution to the common cause is made by the feldshers and nurses: feldsher Mustafina Gulshat (25 years’ experience), head nurse Aglyamova Farida (38 years of service), procedure nurse Shakurova Rezida (35 years) and physiotherapy specialist Yamaleeva Enzhe (33 years of work). Order and sterility are maintained by sanitary workers Mukhametkhanova Ruzaliya and Yarullina Guzeliya, who have also given many years to the institution.

      Each of them is an important link in the chain that daily saves, treats and supports the health of hundreds of people. And in the dentist’s office Sariya Shaykhutdinova not only treats teeth — she gives her fellow villagers a confident smile, relief and a bit of warmth, which in the rural hinterland is valued no less than the medical procedure itself. Her work combines the past and present of Begishevo medicine — the respected history of the Khasanov family, the authoritative leadership of Honored Doctor Valentin Nikolaevich, and the modern daily work of an entire team without which the lives of eighteen villages would be different.
