Tatarstan is in the top five among the country's regions by the amount of government financial support for businesses.

      Tatarstan entered the top five Russian regions in providing microloans to small and medium-sized enterprises through the MSP.RF digital platform. The total volume of state support exceeded 1 billion rubles.

      Among the country's regions the republic ranks 4th. In addition to it, the top five include Krasnodar Krai, the Udmurt Republic, the Republic of Crimea, and Rostov Oblast.

      Business support is provided by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and its subordinate development institutions under the national project "Efficient and Competitive Economy."

      For the second year in a row the Republic's Entrepreneurship Support Fund is among the top five state microfinance organizations providing the largest volume of microloans through the MSP.RF digital platform.

      The Fund supported Tatarstan entrepreneurs by more than 1 billion rubles, including 356 million rubles provided with a guarantee from the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, and about 382 million rubles allocated as part of product solutions aimed at supporting participants and suppliers of the special military operation (SMO) and entrepreneurs who employ veterans of the special military operation.

      Tatarstan received four more awards for supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in the following categories:

      — "Digital Leader" — leadership among regions for the second year in a row

      — "Scale" — more than 50% of the microloan volume issued through the digital service

      — "Innovator" — digital functionality for providing guarantees and loans

      — "We don't abandon our own" — providing microloans through special product solutions for participants of the special military operation and their family members.
