An expanded meeting of the commission for road traffic safety was held in Zainsk.

      On December 23, an expanded meeting of two important commissions of the Zainsk municipal district was held in the large hall of the administration building. Heads and representatives of key services, officials responsible for road safety and emergency prevention were present.

      The meeting was organized jointly by the Commission for Ensuring Road Traffic Safety and the Commission for Emergency Prevention and Elimination with the participation of the Head of the District Executive Committee, E.E. Galeev. On the first item — analysis of the road situation and accident rates — a report was heard from the acting head of the State Traffic Inspectorate unit of the Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Zainsk District, F.I. Alekseev; he presented a report on the condition of the road infrastructure and the level of accidents in the district for the first 11 months of 2025. The Head of the Education Department, M.K. Valiahmetova, informed meeting participants about measures to ensure the safety of schoolchildren during trips to the republican New Year tree event and throughout the winter holidays and festive events. Special attention at the meeting was paid to fire safety issues. The head of the Department of Supervisory Activities and Preventive Work, A.V. Kirillov, reported on the introduction of a special fire-prevention regime in the district from December 25, 2025 to January 11, 2026, and urged the meeting participants to communicate the requirements of this regime to the responsible persons.

      The meeting also considered issues of public order protection and medical preparedness. The head of the Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Zainsk District, O.M. Kamalyukov, delivered a report on conducting preventive measures in preparation for the New Year and winter holidays. The chief physician of the Central District Hospital, A.M. Fatykhov, reported on the readiness of the medical institution to serve the population during the holidays. The maintenance of the city’s and district’s roads in proper condition was noted as having special importance. The chief engineer of the Zainsk Road Administration of Tatneftedor LLC, A.A. Spiridonov, and the director of Blagostroy LLC, M.L. Sabanov, presented reports on the work performed and shared further plans in this area.

      Following the meeting, specific tasks were identified and measures were assigned to strengthen control over road safety provision and the prevention of possible emergencies.

      E.E. Galeev summed up the meeting, once again emphasizing the importance of all issues considered and urging the responsible persons to be vigilant in their respective areas.

      He also thanked the commission members for their joint work and congratulated everyone on the upcoming New Year 2026.
