      An important stage in the implementation of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" has been completed in Verkhny Uslon. As part of the project, a new four-story residential building with 24 apartments at 2 Kashtanovaya Street has been commissioned. The new residents are public-sector employees participating in the "Social Mortgage" and "Social Mortgage – Young Family" programs, as well as orphaned children. The head of the Verkhneuslonsky District attended the ceremonial key handover. "Today is a very significant event for a dozen Verkhny Uslon families. This is perhaps the most memorable New Year's gift. I wish all the new residents happiness and comfort in their new apartments," said Evgeny Varakin. The building was constructed with the support of the State Housing Fund under the Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan. It contains 12 one-room and 12 two-room apartments. All were delivered with final finishes and are equipped with plumbing, electric stoves, smoke detectors, and water and electricity meters.

      As Evgeny Varakin noted in his greeting, this is the first social-mortgage housewarming in Verkhny Uslon in the last five years.
