The KNITU-KAI Rector's Ball took place in 2025.
Within its framework the best of the best students received congratulations and awards from the university administration.
The traditional New Year Rector’s Ball was held at KNITU-KAI. At the event 34 top students were honored for achievements in studies, science, creativity, sports and social activity. The students received letters of appreciation and gifts from the university administration.
Addressing those gathered were KNITU-KAI Rector Kirill Okhotkin, Acting Vice-Rector for Educational Activities and Youth Policy Venera Khammatova, and other officials. They congratulated KAI students, thanked them for their excellent work during the outgoing year and wished them new successes in 2026.
Among the awardees were 34 KNITU-KAI students from nearly all of the university’s academic and educational units. They were recognized for their contributions to research, sports, community, cultural and other activities through which the university continues to uphold its youth traditions.
The award ceremony alternated with student performances, but the main highlight of the ball was the classical dances performed by honor students, activists, as well as faculty and university leaders.
