New reporting form for management organizations

      Have you been asking the management company for an annual report for many years? Haven’t received one? Starting this year, management companies, TSZh/ŽSK/TSN are required to publish reports on their activities managing apartment buildings in the State Information System for Housing and Utilities (GIS ЖКХ) during the first quarter.

      Previously housing managers prepared reports in a free form; now they must include a mandatory list of information in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated 20.11.2025 No. 728/pr "On Approval of the List of Information Mandatory for Inclusion in the Report on Activities for Managing an Apartment Building, and the Form of Such Report."

      The order comes into force on March 1 of the current year. This means that until the end of winter a management organization can report in the old format, and from the first day of spring already by the new report form. In any case, the report must be posted in GIS ЖКХ by April 1.
