Monitoring will continue in 2026 to ensure full traceability of the product "from hive to shelf." An important step was the creation of the Charter of Good-Faith Participants in the Honey Market, bringing together producers and sellers operating under transparent rules. Testing of the cheese used in pizza revealed undeclared vegetable fats in 45% of samples. In olive oil, falsification was found in almost half of the batches tested — most often in the form of admixtures of cheaper oils. Special attention was paid to dietary supplements. According to Protasov, studies of Omega-3 supplements showed a significant discrepancy between declared and actual composition, indicating shortcomings in incoming quality control, technological failures, or cost-cutting on raw materials at the expense of quality.
