The first newborn of 2026 was registered in the Mamadyshsky District.

      Head of Mamadyshsky District Vadim Nikitin congratulated the Minnegaliev family, who were the first this year to register the birth of a child at the local civil registry office.

      He congratulated Aynur and Leila Minnegaliev on the birth of their daughter Maryam, noting that this was the first newborn registration in the district in the new year.

      “Congratulations to Aynur and Leila Minnegaliev on the birth of their daughter Maryam, and congratulations to all of us on the first newborn registration in our district this year. This is a wonderful start,” said Vadim Nikitin.

      The head of the district also emphasized that positive demographic trends in the municipality are continuing. Based on the results of the first nine months of last year, Mamadyshsky District ranked among the four municipal formations with an increase in the birth rate.

      To support families, municipal payments for the birth of a child and for registering the child through the local civil registry office will be in effect this year as well. In 2025, 181 families in the district received such support.

      In conclusion, Vadim Nikitin wished all parents and children good health, happiness and well-being.
