      On Saturday, January 10, residents and guests of Kazan can expect a busy program of events in the city's public spaces, the city administration press service reports.

      A winter laboratory called "Citizen-Scientist" will launch on the Kazanka embankment. At 11:00 a snowkiting master class will begin on the grounds of the "Nizhnee Zarechye" beach. Professional instructors will teach how to control a winter sail on the ice. Prior registration is required to participate.

      At 14:00 in the children's park "Elmay" there will be a performance of the musical "The Bremen Town Musicians." A teenage theater studio will present a family production based on the well-known fairy tale. In the evening at 17:00 city residents are invited to the winter party "Just Move and That's It!" in Lyadsky Garden. Guests can expect a dance program with DJ sets from DJ Stonik1917, who will present a mix of '90s house and analog sounds. Participants will gather at the fountain.

      Meanwhile, a festive program featuring Father Frost and the Snow Maiden will take place at the city's main Christmas tree. The start times of the festive events may change depending on the weather.
