Ilsur Metshin became a laureate of the 5th "Regional Policy" Award in the category "Effective Mayor". The award ceremony took place as part of a meeting of the expert club "Region", organized by the Agency for Political and Economic Communications. The winners were determined based on the decision of the expert jury and voting on the Telegram channel "PolitologOrlov". Among other laureates are Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin, recognized as an "Effective Governor", as well as experts and projects that influenced the formation of the regional agenda.
The award jury included leading specialists in regional policy, political science and social research, representatives of analytical centers and federal media.
