       During the inspection, it was established that in a non-residential premises located on Lyadova Street, with an area of only 11.4 square meters, 8 organizations were registered at once.

       The prosecutor's office of the Aviastroitelny district of Kazan stopped a scheme of mass fictitious registration of legal entities. According to the agency's data, during the inspection, it was found that in a non-residential premises with an area of only 11.4 square meters on Lyadova Street, 8 organizations were registered at once. The investigation showed that 5 of these companies were not actually conducting any activities at the specified address. Tax inspectors confirmed the absence of signs and representatives of the organizations in the premises. As noted by the supervisory agency, such practices created opportunities for tax evasion and illegal business operations. "The use of an inaccurate address creates economic risks and complicates control," the agency reminded. The prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit demanding that the mass registration be declared unlawful. The court granted these demands, but the decision has not yet entered into legal force. This is not the first similar violation identified by supervisory authorities in the region. Earlier, the prosecutor's office of Tatarstan discovered that utility tariffs were inflated four times in the village of Novoe Shigaleeva, where an additional agreement was concluded with the developer without checking by the State Housing Inspection. It was previously reported that in Tatarstan, the head of the State Alcohol Inspection department was detained on suspicion of systemic corruption: receiving bribes for issuing licenses for alcohol.
