In 2025, 17.6 thousand residents of Tatarstan found jobs thanks to employment centers.

      Thanks to the modernization of the employment service carried out as part of the national project "Personnel," the percentage of unemployed citizens employed in the republic has increased. According to the Ministry of Labor, Employment, and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, in 2025, 26,000 residents of Tatarstan applied to employment centers seeking work. Of these, 17,600 people were employed, which is 68% of those who applied. The agency noted that due to the modernization of the employment service, conducted within the framework of the national project "Personnel," the percentage of unemployed citizens employed in the republic has increased. Thus, the speed of personnel selection has increased by 20%, and the time to employment has decreased by 2.5%. "The increase in indicators is the result of painstaking work: in 2025, the focus was on implementing modern job search tools, an individual approach to each applicant, and improving interaction with employers," the press service emphasized.
