In Tatarstan, the plan for legislative activities for 2025 has been completed.

      The Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan reviewed 2,787 projects of regulatory acts at the republican level in 2025.

      As of the end of 2025, all planned bills were developed within the established deadlines. In total, the Cabinet of Tatarstan submitted 34 bills to the parliament of the republic. All projects underwent thorough discussion beforehand: nine meetings of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues and 11 meetings of its expert council were held, during which 29 bills were reviewed and approved. This was reported by the Minister of Justice of Tatarstan, Rustem Zagidullin, at a meeting of the Ministry's board dedicated to the results of legislative activity for 2025. He also emphasized the importance of a quality regulatory legal framework for the functioning of the state.

      — The normal functioning of the state is impossible without defining clear rules of conduct in all spheres of public relations. This can only be ensured by a quality regulatory legal framework consisting of clear and comprehensive laws and subordinate acts in their field, — said Zagidullin.

      The head of the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan added that the plan for the Cabinet's legislative activity in 2026 includes 12 bills, three of which are planned to be submitted as early as February.

      The minister reported that in 2025, the ministry reviewed 2,787 projects of regulatory acts at the republican level, which is 168 more than in the previous year. Of these, 127 were projects of laws of Tatarstan, 165 were projects of decrees, and 2,495 were projects of resolutions of the Cabinet of the republic.
