The poetic evening "Poems about Mom" took place in Zainsk on the eve of March 8th.

      The members of the "Syumbelya" club gathered for a poetry evening titled "Poems about Mom" to recall favorite lines among like-minded individuals, learn about the history of the holiday, and simply enjoy time in an atmosphere of spring and warmth.

      History of the holiday and warm congratulations

      The meeting was opened by a library staff member who introduced the guests to the history of International Women's Day on March 8. The story of how this day became a symbol of respect for women and their roles in family and society sparked lively interest. After a brief excursion into the past, heartfelt congratulations were expressed: each participant felt like the center of attention, as a wonderfully kind atmosphere prevailed in the hall.

      Games, contests, and a quiz

      But the evening was not limited to conversations alone. The organizers prepared an entertainment program that allowed the guests to showcase their ingenuity and artistry. Fun contests were followed by questions from a thematic quiz – participants competed in knowledge about traditions, women's names, and literary works.
