More than 1,600 volunteers from Tatarstan will help select the best landscaping projects.

      A large-scale campaign has been launched in the republic to attract public assistants for the all-Russian voting, which will determine the appearance of urban spaces. This year, the number of volunteers in the region has reached a record level, and every resident aged 14 and older can join the movement.

      In Tatarstan, an active phase of preparation for an important event in urban planning has begun, where the key role is assigned to concerned citizens. Applications are being accepted on the "Dobro.rf" platform for those who wish to become part of the team ensuring transparency and accessibility in the selection of objects for transformation. The decision to launch registration was announced at a forum held in Rostov-on-Don, which brought together representatives of relevant structures. The Ministry of Youth Affairs of the republic clarifies that this season, 1,630 volunteers are planned to be involved in the work. This is an absolute maximum in the entire history of the project's implementation in the region. The geography of participation will cover 45 municipal entities, allowing for the presence of volunteers in almost all corners of Tatarstan. To ensure the quality of task execution, all members of the corps will undergo specialized training, which will teach them how to correctly record the opinions of citizens.

      The head of the department, Azat Kadyrov, emphasized that such a significant expansion of the team indicates a high level of civic responsibility among residents. Volunteers act not just as organizers but as a crucial link between the authorities and the population. As noted by the executive director of the volunteer resource center, Ayrat Mubarakshin, participation in such initiatives has already become a good tradition for active Tatarstan residents, allowing them to directly influence positive changes in their communities.

      It is noteworthy that this year's program has an expanded geography. Previously, voting primarily covered large municipalities with populations over 20,000, but now it also includes key settlements. This decision is aimed at the comprehensive development of territories so that even small settlements have a chance for the modernization of public areas.

      The criteria for selection into the volunteer corps remain maximally democratic. Organizers do not require specialized education or experience in similar work. The main focus is on personal qualities: the ability to find common ground with people, the desire to explain the essence of national programs, and a neat appearance. All necessary knowledge, as well as branded attributes, will be provided to newcomers during training sessions.

      This initiative is being implemented as part of a federal project that is part of the new national project "Infrastructure for Life." The main goal is not just targeted updates of yards and parks but the formation of a fundamentally new appearance for cities, increasing their investment attractiveness and tourism potential. Over the years of the program's existence, tens of thousands of territories have been transformed across the country, and the current campaign is intended to continue this positive dynamic.
