As of today, there are 48 thousand job vacancies from employers in Tatarstan. There are more than 12 job offers for each unemployed person in the republic.
Tatarstan officially has 3.8 thousand unemployed people with 48 thousand available jobs. This statistic was provided by the Minister of Labor, Employment, and Social Protection Elvira Zaripova at an event dedicated to the Day of Housing and Utilities Worker. Thus, there are currently about 12 potential candidates for each vacancy in the republic, reports Vechernaya Kazan. The highest demand remains in the construction and housing and utilities sectors, where about 15 thousand vacancies are open. In second place is industrial production. “Tatarstan is a leader in aircraft manufacturing, machine engineering, and other industries, so there are always about 10 thousand vacancies here,” explained Zaripova. Healthcare and education round out the top three. The republic especially needs narrow medical specialists and educators at all levels – from kindergartens to universities. According to the minister, the labor market in the region remains stable due to the developed industry. The minister also reminded about support measures for the employment of socially vulnerable categories of citizens. A federal subsidy of up to 200 thousand rubles helps create jobs for disabled people of groups I and II and participants of the special military operation. For employers hiring family members of veterans, payments are provided in the amount of three minimum wages, and for the employment of a person with a disability – up to six minimum wages. It was previously reported that the court supported the reinstatement of an employee of one of the banks in Tatarstan, who had previously submitted a resignation under psychological pressure.
