An additional 1.4 billion rubles has been allocated for the resettlement of emergency housing in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The government of the republic has increased funding for the targeted resettlement program for citizens from dilapidated housing. The corresponding decree was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexey Pesoshin. The total amount of additional funds amounted to nearly 1.4 billion rubles. The program has been extended to 2027 with the addition of a new phase. The 2026 phase must be completed by December 31, 2027, while the current phase (2025) must be completed by the end of 2026. The total funding for the program has exceeded 1.7 billion rubles.
As part of the targeted program, it is planned to resettle 388 residential premises in 18 apartment buildings, where 919 people live. The phases for 2024-2025 account for 72 premises (200 residents), while the remaining 316 premises (719 people) are to be resettled as part of the new phase.
The activities will cover the Almetyevsky, Vysokogorsky, and Leninogorsky districts, as well as Kazan. The implementation of the program contributes to achieving the goals of the national project "Infrastructure for Life."
