       According to analytics, the most popular day for car sharing last winter was December 19, while the lowest number of trips was recorded on January 1.

       Last winter was a record-breaking season for car sharing users: from December 2025 to February 2026, Russians traveled 215 million kilometers in rented cars, which is comparable to 230 trips from Earth to the Moon and back. This data was provided by TASS, citing experts from the "Delimobil" service. Analysts found that the most sought-after cities for winter trips were Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, and Kazan. User activity peaked at 5 PM, while the calmest time of day was the morning hours. The record day for the number of bookings was December 19, while the lowest demand was recorded on January 1. The leader in mileage for the season was a 43-year-old Muscovite who traveled 21 thousand kilometers. Second place went to a 47-year-old resident of the capital with a result of 16 thousand kilometers, and third place was taken by a 38-year-old resident of Rostov who drove 12 thousand kilometers. In terms of the number of trips, a 21-year-old Muscovite and a 39-year-old St. Petersburg resident stood out. Users most often chose economy class cars. The most popular models were the Volkswagen Polo, Kia Rio, and Nissan Qashqai. Demand for comfort segment cars, such as the Geely Coolray, Exeed LX, and Jaecoo J7, was noticeably lower. It was previously reported that residents of the Republic of Tatarstan are increasingly choosing to travel within their home region. According to statistics, residents book hotels in Tatarstan 10% more often. At the same time, as indicated in the report, the main flow is directed to Kazan, which accounts for 67% of all bookings.
