Undoubtedly, the Student League of the Republic of Tatarstan plays a key role in achieving these goals, developing the student public movement, and strengthening Kazan's status as one of the leading student capitals of Russia, added the President of Tatarstan. "The Student League" of Tatarstan is a unique organization for the entire country, uniting students from universities and colleges across the republic and implementing a huge number of projects, added the Minister of Youth Affairs of Tatarstan, Azat Kadyrov. "The Student League forms a huge personnel potential for our republic and the country as a whole. It is a serious support for the state. The 30-year experience shows that a very correct decision was made at the time to create such an organization," he emphasized. Among the particularly important projects of the League, the minister noted the housing competition, transport grant, various forums, and events. "The Student League" of Tatarstan was created as an initiative of three universities: KSMU, KFU, and KNTU-KHTI. But over time, it has transformed into an organization uniting all universities and colleges in the republic, said the president of the "Student League" of Tatarstan, Shamil Yakupov. "Today, the "Student League" of Tatarstan covers more than 120 colleges and over 45 universities. In all of them, we have our student councils, trade union committees, and communities. We have become a bridge between the authorities and students," he explained. At the concert, those who made a significant contribution to the development of the organization were recognized and activists were awarded.
