"Bribes to teachers were passed through the supply manager": an ex-student of KGAU is being tried in Kazan

      Today, the Volga District Court in Kazan announced the charges against former student of Kazan State Agrarian University (KGAU) Vladislav Busarev. According to the investigation, he transferred bribes to teachers through the head of the dormitory to pass his exams. The investigation claims that Busarev transferred 30,000 rubles four times, totaling 120,000 rubles. Later, he himself went to the police to confess. In court, the young man stated that he is married, raising a child, and works as a car mechanic. After establishing his identity, the prosecutor began to announce the charges, detailing all four episodes. This took about half an hour. All four episodes in the case are similar. Understanding that he would not be able to pass the exams on his own, Busarev sought those who could help him. Thus, he contacted the dormitory manager Tursunova. She assured him that she would pass the money to the "right people" at the university and named the amount – 30,000 rubles for successful completion. Later, Vladislav Busarev went to the police and confessed that he had paid bribes. Considering his confession and remorse, his lawyer petitioned for the case to be dismissed. The court, having reviewed the materials, granted this petition.
