During the spring break, the traffic police of Bugulma are increasing control on the roads.

      In Bugulma, with the start of the school holidays, traffic inspectors are increasing control on the roads. Inspectors conduct preventive raids, distribute reminders to drivers, and remind them of the mandatory use of seat belts and child restraint devices when transporting children. In addition, they monitor how young Bugulma residents cross the road. During the two months of 2026, 15 road traffic accidents were recorded in the Bugulma District. In these incidents, 19 people were injured, and one, unfortunately, died from their injuries. It is also worth noting that there was one traffic accident involving children under 16 years old. In this case, a child passenger was injured. "During school holidays, children and teenagers spend more time outdoors without parental supervision. In this regard, the State Traffic Inspectorate is switching to an enhanced mode of operation. Special control will be organized to ensure that drivers comply with the rules for transporting young passengers, as well as for passing uncontrolled pedestrian crossings, where the risk of hitting children remains the highest," reminded the acting head of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Bugulma District, Police Captain Maxim Kamaletdinov.
