It is proposed to unify the measures of responsibility regardless of which authority issued the order, while not increasing the current amounts of administrative fines for violations in the field of land use," noted Rustem Sadriyev. Additionally, the draft laws provide for the inclusion of data on the results of municipal land control in the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN). Anyone will be able to obtain current information about violations concerning a specific plot of land. At the same time, the personal data of the owners will be protected. The second draft law is dedicated to the introduction of modern technologies in supervisory activities. It is proposed to use drones more widely for surveying plots, which will allow inspections to be conducted contactlessly — similar to the recording of traffic violations. This approach will reduce the number of on-site inspections, minimize personal meetings between owners and inspectors, and automate a number of routine processes.
