      Preliminary voting is a mandatory procedure for all those planning to run from the party in the elections to the State Duma. It started on March 16 and will last until April 30. Voter registration will traditionally take place through the "Gosuslugi" portal – it will begin on April 20 and end on May 29. The electronic voting itself will take place from May 25 to May 31.
