Mukhametshin noted that inspectors identified more than 22,000 instances of cars parked on green areas last year. The particularly problematic area remains Lake Lebyazhye, where 382 cars were found parked directly on the lawns, despite the presence of legal parking nearby. "Strengthening control over parking rules is necessary to preserve elements of urban landscaping and protect green spaces that are being destroyed due to car wheels," concluded the head of the department.
