       Almost two months of searching ended in tragedy. The body of a young mother who went missing in February was found in the snow near Kazan, who left to get formula and did not return.

       In Tatarstan, the two-month search for 30-year-old Tamara Volkova, who went missing on February 9, has concluded. According to Kazanfirst, citing data from the Investigative Committee, the woman's body was discovered in the snow near the "Aisha" bus stop located on the Kazan – Zelenodolsk highway. Preliminary data suggests that the cause of death was hypothermia. According to sources, investigators found no signs of violent death on the body of the deceased. A final conclusion regarding the causes of death will be made after all necessary examinations are conducted. It is worth noting that Tamara Volkova left home, leaving her one-month-old daughter with her husband. Recently, relatives noted that she had been suffering from lack of sleep and severe fatigue related to caring for the infant. Search efforts began immediately on February 9, when her husband Alexander, not waiting for his wife, visited all acquaintances, assuming that she might have gone to them to rest a bit. Not finding his wife, the man contacted the police.

      From February 10, volunteers joined the search efforts. On different days, up to 30 volunteers and several canine units participated in the search. Participants combed through forest areas and urban neighborhoods, interviewed local residents, and posted more than three hundred flyers at bus stops and crowded places. The total distance covered exceeded 180 km. Rescuers noted that the work was difficult due to the deep snow, in which volunteers sank up to their waists. As previously reported, in the first half of February, Kazan received 147% of the monthly precipitation norm.
