The enterprise will also provide full support and payment for subsequent rehabilitation," Belyaev clarified. According to him, "payments will be made to all victims regardless of whether they are employees of 'Nizhnekamskneftekhim' or representatives of other organizations and services." Payments will begin tomorrow, Belyaev wrote.
