In Kazan, projects of participants in the "Batyrlar" program in the field of youth policy were discussed.
The Minister of Youth Affairs of Tatarstan, Azat Kadyrov, discussed the implementation of their initiatives in youth policy with the participants of the "Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan" program. This was reported by the press service of the agency he heads. The conversation also involved the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, Vladislav Usanov, State Council Deputy of Tatarstan, Rushan Mingazov, representatives from the Ministry of Education and Science of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan, municipalities, and organizations related to youth infrastructure. Earlier, the program participants presented their projects to the President of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov.
Initially, Azat Kadyrov noted that active interdepartmental cooperation continues on four initiatives from the program participants. According to him, specialists from Tatarstan's government bodies are closely involved in addressing open questions.
Participants of the "Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan" program, Tagir Sadikov, who was interning at the Ministry of Youth Affairs of Tatarstan, and Anvar Mukhametzyanov reported on the progress of projects for a multifunctional tactical complex and centers for military-sport and patriotic education of youth.
Another program participant, Igor Nesterov, shared how the creation of a patriotic education platform in rural areas is progressing, using the example of the Zelenodolsk district of Tatarstan. His project aims to develop accessible infrastructure for children and adolescents living in small settlements.
The participants of the meeting also paid special attention to the "Duslar" project, which was reported by program participant Kirill Dmitriev. He plans to involve veterans in ensuring public order and developing the institution of people's patrols.
The federal program "Time of Heroes" was initiated by the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, and is aimed at the rehabilitation, training, and employment of combat veterans. In 2025, most Russian regions began implementing their own versions of the personnel project "Time of Heroes." In the Republic of Tatarstan, the corresponding initiative is called "Batyrlar. Heroes of Tatarstan."
