      Supporters of "United Russia," whose number has now exceeded 900,000 people, are the vanguard of the party. This was stated by the Secretary of the General Council of "ER," Vladimir Yakushev, at an expanded meeting of the Central Council of Supporters, which took place as part of a nationwide seminar and brought together 200 participants from all regions of the country, according to the press service of the Tatarstan regional branch of the party. "What unites you all is a readiness to serve, civic responsibility, and patriotism. Therefore, today the institution of supporters is becoming a clear and in-demand platform, including for participants in the special military operation who are present in this hall," the speaker noted. Yakushev reminded that the party has entered a large-scale electoral cycle: elections will be held for the State Duma, 39 legislative assemblies of the subjects of the Russian Federation, 11 representative bodies of administrative centers of regions, and a large number of municipalities. This is a "serious, large electoral campaign," he stated. "For five years we have been working on our people's program, the mandates with which we went to the elections in 2021. As promised, in 2026 we will definitely report on what has been achieved and what has not," added the Secretary of the General Council and expressed confidence that all program documents of "ER" were originally based on the requests of the people. "Our new program document, which we have already begun to work on, will not be an exception," he assured. Trade unions and public associations are participating in the formation of the new people's program of the party. The civil society of Russia is a powerful force standing up for the interests of people and national stability, said, in turn, the Chairwoman of the Central Council of Supporters of "United Russia," Deputy Chair of the State Duma Committee on Civil Society Development, Olga Zanko. "<...> on the platform of supporters, we are conducting discussions on forming proposals for the new people's program together with NGOs, trade unions, local self-governments, and leaders of public projects. During the meeting, agreements were signed between the Center for Supporting Civil Initiatives of Supporters and three major organizations: the All-Russian Organization of Historical Reconstruction Clubs, the Committee of National and Non-Olympic Sports of Russia, and the Union of Pensioners of Russia. The documents provide for the launch of joint projects on patriotic education, the development of mass sports among youth, and social protection for the elderly. Alongside this, the composition of the Central Council of Supporters has been replenished. It now includes: the Chairman of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia, member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, Sergey Chernogaev, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Charitable Foundation for Supporting Veterans and Employees of the Anti-Terrorism Special Unit "Alpha," Deputy Ataman of the All-Russian Cossack Society, Andrey Fadyukhin, the Chairman of the Union of Pensioners of Russia, Valery Ryazansky, and the President of the All-Russian Society of the Deaf, Alexander Bochkow. "The cooperation of trade unions with the party has been systematic for over 20 years. As a member of the Central Council of Supporters of the party, I see this decision as a continuation of our joint work and additional responsibility – primarily for the practical filling of interaction: working with labor collectives and forming proposals for the people's program. A special emphasis is on the minimum wage, social guarantees, and labor protection," noted Sergey Chernogaev. The Chairman of the Bashkortostan Council of Supporters of "United Russia," Hero of Russia, participant in the "Time of Heroes" program, Denis Chernavin, shared the opinion that the institution of supporters of "ER" should become a center for uniting different cultures, confessions, and nationalities. He proposed to include support for public initiatives and NGOs working in this area in the people's program. The commander of the international brigade "Fifteen," Akhra Avidzba, spoke about the active involvement of participants in the special military operation in the ranks of the party's supporters and suggested adding a call to teach school students the skills of basic military training to the new people's program, as well as creating suitable infrastructure based on labor and OBZR classrooms. He also advocated for including actions to preserve historical memory (such as "Immortal Regiment" and "George Ribbon") in the program.

      From Tatarstan, the co-chair of the regional council of supporters of the party, Ksenia Dromnyak, participated in the seminar. According to her, in the republic, the organization of supporters of "United Russia" is one of the largest in the country. "We have more than 21,000 people who implement a huge number of projects. Currently, our partners include more than 60 NGOs. How to make our party institution more effective, how to attract new supporters – all of this we were able to discuss today within the framework of the working group that was organized at the seminar. And, of course, we plan to take the most active part in collecting proposals for the new edition of the people's program <...>. A round table to discuss initiatives will be held in Kazan in the coming days," she assured. Following the results of 2025, the best regional councils of supporters received letters of gratitude from the party leadership. All developed initiatives have been submitted to the relevant commission for preparing the people's program.
