In Tatarstan, the professional skills competition "Best in Profession" has started.

      In the republic, the regional stage of the all-Russian competition "Best in Profession" has been launched. The event is organized as part of the national project "Personnel." The information was provided by the press service of the Ministry of Labor of the Republic of Tatarstan.

      Dates and venues

      The competitions will take place in 23 competencies. The venues are set up at the leading factories and educational institutions in the region. The stage began on April 1 with competitions for agronomists at KGAU and will finish in August with a battle of bulldozer operators in Jalil.

      Who can participate

      Applications can be submitted by both employees and their employers. Conditions: citizenship of the Russian Federation and work experience of at least three years. Representatives of skilled trades (turners, milling machine operators, welders, bricklayers) are invited, as well as robotics specialists and drone operators. There is a nomination "Second Start" for veterans of the Special Military Operation and those who have changed professions.

      Experts and prizes

      Participants will be judged by 156 experts from employers, trade unions, universities, and officials. Winners of the regional stage will receive medals, statuettes, and tickets to the federal final. There, the prize winners will be awarded money: 1 million rubles for 1st place, 500 thousand for 2nd, and 300 thousand for 3rd.

      Results of 2025

      Last year, Tatarstan submitted participants in 18 out of 20 nominations. The republic won two golds, two silvers, and three bronzes. The goal of the event is to strengthen the country's personnel potential, stimulate skill growth, and spread best practices.
