      Energy workers turned career guidance into an exciting quest with a virtual tour and live success stories. On April 8, employees of the Zainsk GRES held an unusual career orientation meeting "Try on a Profession" for ninth graders at School No. 2. Instead of boring lectures, there were videos about personnel policies, and instead of abstract advice, there were real stories of graduates from the same school who now provide light and heat to the homes of Zainsk residents. Guests from GRES told the students about the prestige of the profession, the glorious history of the enterprise, and, most importantly, how GRES interacts with colleges and universities in the city and the republic. Special interest among the students was sparked by the presentations of Diana Gorbunova and Andrey Korablev, graduates of School No. 2, who are now successfully working at Zainsk GRES. They demonstrated through their personal examples how an ordinary internship can grow into a full-fledged career. Both specialists confirmed that the friendly team at the station helps newcomers adapt and grow, turning temporary jobs into a lifelong career. Alexander Kolotinsky, an employee of KTC-2, also shared his thoughts. He emphasized the importance of skilled trades: the uninterrupted operation of entire neighborhoods depends on the qualifications of such specialists. To lighten the flow of technical information, the organizers arranged an intellectual break for the teenagers. The quiz was dedicated to two topics: the history of the Zainsk district and the upcoming anniversary – the 375th anniversary of Zainsk. The students eagerly recalled dates and facts about their hometown. But the main surprise was the final stage. With the help of modern equipment, the students were literally offered to "try on" a profession. A virtual tour of Zainsk GRES allowed the ninth graders to understand what lies behind the familiar light switch in their own apartment.
