      Over the past week, housing inspectors conducted checks in 58 apartment buildings. During the inspections, 12 cases of violations were identified. The reason was the improper maintenance of building No. 37B on Moskovsky Avenue in Naberezhnye Chelny. An administrative case will be initiated based on this protocol. In general, as a result of the consideration of administrative cases, 26 fines were imposed for a total amount of 531 thousand rubles. One of these fines, in the amount of 50 thousand rubles, was imposed on the director of LLC ZhEK "Tatpromtek". The basis was the unsatisfactory condition of the garbage chute and garbage reception chamber in building No. 6 on Ilnara Mannanova Street in Naberezhnye Chelny. In addition, 141 warnings about the inadmissibility of violations were announced. For example, JSC "Tatenergo"-"Nizhnekamsk Thermal Networks" received a warning after reports on social media. Residents of buildings No. 21A on Korableynaya Street and No. 8B on Stroiteley Avenue in Nizhnekamsk complained about the lack of improvement of the yard area after the repair of water supply pipes. The second warning to the service provider was issued for the non-standard temperature of hot water in building No. 5 on Chab'yinskaya Street in Nizhnekamsk.
