The All-Russian online Olympiad on financial literacy and entrepreneurship took place on the educational platform Uchi.ru from March 3 to April 2, 2026. A total of 3.1 million children from across the country participated, including 77,000 from Tatarstan. Students, as well as preschoolers who joined the Olympiad for the first time this year, tested how well they can recognize the tricks of fraudsters, assess financial risks, and manage money wisely. "This year, the number of participants in the Olympiad from Tatarstan increased by 24%, which indicates a growing interest in financial knowledge among students in our republic," notes Marat Sharifullin, head of the Branch - National Bank for the Republic of Tatarstan of the Volga-Vyatka Main Directorate of the Bank of Russia. Participants across the country performed best in the section dedicated to savings rules: 81% of children solved the tasks correctly. The most challenging task turned out to be "Insurance for the King," designed to test understanding of insurance principles and develop logical thinking. Only 14% of Olympiad participants completed it correctly.

      The organizers of the Olympiad were the Bank of Russia, the National Priorities Autonomous Non-Profit Organization, the Ministry of Finance of Russia, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, and the educational platform Uchi.ru as part of the national project "Effective and Competitive Economy."
