The methodological workshop for specialists in the field of education took place in the Tetyushsky district.

      On April 13, 2026, a methodological workshop for specialists in the field of education took place at the Center for Additional Education for the specialists of educational organizations in the Tetyushi municipal district. The event was attended by deputy directors for educational work, education advisors, social educators, and educational psychologists. The goal of the workshop was to enhance the professional competence of educators in the field of educational work through the mastery of modern methodologies and the exchange of experiences. The program of the event was rich. Participants were introduced to analytical materials based on the results of republican monitoring studies on the state of educational work in the 2025/2026 academic year. Methodological recommendations on relevant issues were presented to the audience. The experience of organizing and forming a system of educational work was shared by the educational work teams of the MBOU "Bolshietarkhanskaya Secondary School," MBOU "Tetyushskaya Secondary School No. 2 named after A.A. Sokolovsky," and MBOU "Tetyushskaya Secondary School named after P.S. Khangin." They conducted master classes on filling out documentation, demonstrated their prepared materials and findings. This format allowed for the immediate application of the acquired knowledge in practice, and important documents for building structure and defining key characteristics were checked and worked on. As a result of the event, important outcomes were achieved: specialists mastered new methodologies and tools for implementation in their work; a database of practical cases was formed for use in educational organizations. The methodological workshop became an effective platform for the professional growth of educators and strengthening ties between educational organizations in the Tetyushi municipal district.
