The exhibition is prepared by the regional branch of the All-Russian Public-State Organization "Russian Military Historical Society" in the Republic of Tatarstan. The exhibition "Against Fakes: From Caricatures to Neural Networks" is dedicated to the history of fakes, myths, and propaganda images about Russia. The exposition covers the period from the first European maps to the modern digital era. The opening ceremony of the exhibition was attended by Regina Kamalova, Deputy Head of the District Executive Committee for Social Affairs, Timur Kamaletdinov, a deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Executive Director of the regional branch of the "Russian Military Historical Society" in the Republic of Tatarstan. "We live in unusual times. This exhibition will help us take pride in our country, preserve the memory of heroes, and not forget our history," said Regina Nikolaevna. The route is constructed as a connecting narrative about how stable myths and propaganda clichés about Russia are formed and how important it is to maintain accuracy in working with history against this backdrop. This format helps to view history as a system of facts, sources, and visual images that require careful study and correct interpretation. Timur Kamaletdinov emphasized that the exhibition contributes to the development of media literacy, respect for historical facts, and the ability to work with sources. "This exhibition was prepared over the course of 2025 in collaboration with historians and journalists. It was created to familiarize people with how the information war against our country is conducted. Especially the younger generation needs to approach information on the internet carefully and critically," said the deputy. The event was attended by activists from youth and patriotic organizations, as well as students. The organizers of the exhibition share a common goal - to instill respect for history and develop patriotic values in the younger generation. "This exhibition helps the younger generation understand how great our country is. Those who are interested in the history of our country can visit the exhibition 'Against Fakes: From Caricatures to Neural Networks' at the Psychological and Pedagogical Center 'We Are Together,'" said Alexey Borisov, a specialist from the district youth affairs department.
