      In Kazan, a ceremonial opening of two innovative productions (polymer and anchor sheets) took place at the "RGK" plant. This is a joint project of "RGK", "ArsenalHydro", and "PROFI". The launch of domestic production will reduce dependence on external supplies, expand industrial cooperation, enhance product quality control, and create additional conditions for the development of modern technological solutions in the field of drainage and water supply. Guests were also shown the production of profiles made from PVC-U (unplasticized polyvinyl chloride). This profile is used to restore worn sections of gravity sewer networks using innovative and effective trenchless spiral-winding technology. What is the benefit and uniqueness of the new method? Let's imagine a situation: the pipes are worn out, sewage begins to leak, eroding the soil, causing the asphalt to collapse. As a result, residents cannot use the closed road for six months and hear the noise of repair work. The line for the production of PVC-U profiles was launched at the end of December, and the RGK profile is already being used for the rehabilitation of pipelines in Almetyevsk. Additionally, the RGK company acquired a pipe plant from "Kazanorgsintez" (part of SIBUR) located on the industrial site of the enterprise in 2023. The proximity of the raw material producer (COS) and the producer of polymer pipes allowed the processor to reduce logistics costs, promptly adjusting supplies.

      The RGK group of companies is among the top three largest Russian producers of polymer pipes, fittings, wells for external gas supply, water supply, and drainage networks, heat and electricity networks, pulp pipelines, PVC-U profiles for pipeline rehabilitation, polymer and anchor sheets.
