The spring phase of the "Clean Forests of Tatarstan" campaign is gaining momentum.

      From April 20 to June 20, 2026, the Republic of Tatarstan will host the spring phase of the large-scale environmental campaign "Clean Forests of Tatarstan." The event is organized as part of the implementation of the national project "Environmental Well-Being" and aims to improve the sanitary condition of forests and engage residents in caring for nature.

      The spring phase of the "Clean Forests of Tatarstan" campaign is gaining momentum. From April 20 to June 20, 2026, the Republic of Tatarstan will host the spring phase of the large-scale environmental campaign "Clean Forests of Tatarstan." The event is organized as part of the implementation of the national project "Environmental Well-Being" and aims to improve the sanitary condition of forests and engage residents in caring for nature. "Preserving forest resources is our common task. The annual campaign not only helps to make the forests cleaner but also unites people who care about the environment. Last year, about 30,000 volunteers participated in the campaign, collecting and removing 800 cubic meters of garbage, as well as preparing 5,200 cubic meters of deadwood and fallen branches for decomposition," said Ilgizar Zaripov, the first deputy minister of forestry of Tatarstan. As part of the spring phase, work is planned for the removal of solid municipal waste, as well as the cleaning of forests from deadwood and fallen branches. Forestry specialists will also work on repairing and updating signs, information boards, and rest areas for forest visitors.

      Everyone is invited to participate in the campaign: employees of organizations, students, representatives of enterprises, and anyone who wants to contribute to the preservation of nature. The autumn phase of the campaign will take place from September 14 to November 14, 2026.
