The "Victory Dictation" will take place at 36,000 venues in 75 countries.

      "United Russia" will hold the international event "Victory Dictation" on April 24. This year, 36,000 venues have been prepared in 75 countries around the world, and the event itself has received new formats and partners, reports the party's press service. The coordinator of the party project "Historical Memory," head of the Central Executive Committee of "United Russia," and State Duma deputy Alexander Sidyakin reported that the number of venues this year has already exceeded the figures of previous years. According to him, the main part will open in schools, technical schools, and universities – this is important for engaging young people. He also noted that venues will appear on military ships, nuclear icebreakers, and power plants, as well as at railway stations, airports, and cosmodromes. Additionally, 11 Russian airlines will conduct the dictation in-flight. The Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia will organize over a thousand venues, and law enforcement agencies will traditionally involve their structures – more than two thousand venues have been created for employees, cadets, and their families. About 7,000 venues have emerged at the initiative of citizens. In 2026, the dictation is dedicated to Marshal Georgy Zhukov in honor of the 130th anniversary of his birth. In this regard, the emblem of the event has been updated – it features a statue of the marshal installed at the entrance to Red Square. The test will include questions about his biography, as well as about other military leaders, writers, artists, and participants of the war. Sidyakin reminded that at the initiative of the chairman of "United Russia," Dmitry Medvedev, questions about the special military operation have also been included in the test, and they will be retained this year. The tasks have been translated into ten languages: English, Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Kyrgyz, Chinese, Mongolian, Portuguese, and for the first time – Korean. For foreign participants, some questions concern the participation of their countries in World War II. The chairperson of the Central Headquarters of the "Victory Volunteers" movement, deputy chairperson of the State Duma committee on civil society development Olga Zanko reported that more than 30,000 volunteers will be involved in conducting the event in Russia and abroad. According to her, volunteers will work in Bulgaria, Cyprus, Serbia, Lebanon, Qatar, CIS countries, as well as in countries that Russia considers unfriendly – including Australia, Belgium, and Germany. She emphasized that for supporters of the event, historical truth and gratitude are more important than political conjuncture. For the first time, the All-Russian Society of the Blind has become a partner of the event. Zanko noted that special venues will be organized for people with visual impairments, as participation in the dictation should be accessible to everyone. Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education Konstantin Mogilevsky reported that the dictation will take place in more than 700 Russian universities and their foreign branches. According to him, venues will be organized in each branch of Russian universities abroad, and three out of five telebridges will take place from universities, which he called symbolic. Deputy President – Chairman of the Board of "Rostelecom" Dary Halitov reported that more than 200,000 people have already undergone training for the event on the "Rostelecom Lyceum" platform. Participants are assisted by an intellectual assistant – the Russian neural network "Our Truth," trained on materials from the Russian Military Historical Society. He also reported that as part of expanding formats, a cyber tournament for the game "World of Tanks" is being held in conjunction with the dictation.

      The coordinator of the party project "Historical Memory" in Tatarstan, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan Alsu Asadullina reported that 560 venues have been prepared in the republic. According to her, knowledge can be tested in schools, universities, enterprises, and organizations. She specified that venues will open at Kazan International Airport named after Gabdulla Tukay, at the Great Patriotic War Memorial Museum of the Kazan Kremlin, as well as in the special economic zone "Alabuga." Kazan Federal University will organize two foreign venues – in Uzbekistan and Egypt, where its branches operate. Asadullina noted that interest in the event in the republic is growing every year. It should be noted that the international event "Victory Dictation" will take place on April 24 for the eighth time. The central venue will be the Museum of Victory. The tasks include questions dedicated to Georgy Zhukov and other military leaders, as well as significant dates in 2026. A separate block is again dedicated to the topic of the special military operation. Over the past seven years, the number of venues has increased 27 times, and participants have increased 18 times. Students from 22,500 schools and colleges and nearly 800 universities have joined the event. More than 21,000 people wrote the dictation abroad.
