The most interesting stage of life
Natalia Sharipova, a city resident, worked for 16 years in the apparatus of the district government and local self-government.
– I took the position of head of the organizational department of the district Council of People's Deputies in the autumn of 1995. I gained a lot of life experience and knowledge from my direct supervisors, namely from the deputies of the district heads, Askhat Gasimovich Gasimov, Mukharryam Mansurovich Ibyatov, and Alexander Vladimirovich Dubrovsky – demanding and competent people. I was involved in preparing materials for the sessions of the district council, permanent deputy commissions, and other events. In addition to working with documentation, special attention in our activities was paid to working with people – deputy leaders and residents of the district. The period of reorganization of the district government into local self-governments was particularly memorable. I would like to note the meticulous and thorough work of the heads and deputy heads of rural settlements. For them, everything was so new; charters, acts on property, budgets, and much more were being developed. Among the authoritative, experienced, knowledgeable people in all matters, we can name Adgam Chukmarov from Bolshie Tarkhany, Gennady Podakov from Tonsharma, and Nikolai Molodtsov from Bolshoye Shemyakino. They were later replaced by young personnel who continued their work with interest and enthusiasm. Among the heads and secretaries of rural settlements, a special brotherhood was formed, which I found very appealing; they had mutual assistance and friendly competition. And most importantly – a great desire to work for the benefit of their settlements. We held a large number of training seminars with representatives and heads of district services, and we also practiced field seminars in the settlements, where the heads of settlements and specialists gained new knowledge and shared accumulated experience. Working in local self-government was the most interesting stage of my professional activity. And even after being retired for a long time, I still cherish the warmest and most grateful memories of my colleagues, – shared Natalia Sharipova.
