      In Alik's apartment, there is renovation. He is already thinking about yellow wallpaper so that the stains do not stand out, but mold from dampness cannot be hidden. Like Alik, he has not been able to escape the rain in his own apartment for 12 years. "During snow and rain, it all leaks in," Alik said.

      In Alik's attic, there are tools and memories of childhood. Where else but here does the game of youth come to mind — "The Wolf Catches Eggs," but now in a modern way — "Alik Catches Drops." "We can only see where it leaks, we put buckets under it, the buckets live here. The 21st century!" said a resident.

      And in the neighbor's kitchen, the wallpaper has bubbled due to the leak, and the plaster has fallen off. "They don't do the roof properly; they screw in self-tapping screws and put some patch — it doesn't help," noted a resident.

      Increased humidity is not only by the window. In the neighboring apartment, Aliya pasted wallpaper, but after a while, it came off the walls. At first, she blamed it on the bad glue. When the floor became wet, she suspected the cat. But the mold on the wall and drops from above clearly indicated — the roof is leaking. "The snow, apparently, made its moves, and like the rain — we are flooded. I constantly treat it; these are traces of mold," Aliya shows.

      And after even the wires became wet, a new rule appeared in the house — to turn off the power when leaving. They are afraid of short circuits. "I even taught the kids how to use it, just so you understand," Aliya shows the fire extinguisher.

      With the naked eye, leaks are visible on the facade as well. Water from the roof has flowed down three floors. And so in "Sunny City," the precipitation never stops. The cause was established by experts nine years ago. "Defects in the roof structure are design shortcomings and low quality of work performed," the document states.

      Only the management company can help solve the problem. The house is serviced by the management company "Always Nearby." "It's not always nearby: when everything is leaking, it's not there," said one of the residents. "The management company 'Always Nearby' is always close to the residents," said Alexander Turkin, the director of the management company "Sunny City."

      The director of the management company assured that the holes have already been patched. "I tell you again: the problem is solved. Will there be more — I cannot say. I consider such questions provocative. Are you trying to lead me to something with this question?" said Alexander Turkin.

      There were many questions today from the residents at the meeting. They demand to move the deadlines for the major repairs of the house and forget about the roof leak as a bad dream. And if the situation does not change, the residents are preparing to go to court.
