The Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation has expanded the list of online resources available during restrictions on mobile internet operation. In particular, the "white list" has been supplemented with internet resources from the volunteer search and rescue team "Lisa Alert," the volunteer NGO Dobro.rf, the All-Russian People's Front, the Russian Society "Knowledge," the domestic internet encyclopedia "Ruviki," and Roskachestvo. Additionally, the list includes Gazprombank, hypermarkets "Lenta" and "Okey," the delivery service "Dostavista," the fast-food chain "Dodo Pizza," car-sharing services "Delimobil" and "Belkacar," the online cinema Premier, and clinics "Medsi" and "Mother and Child."
Moreover, the expanded list includes JSC "GLONASS," communication operators "VTB-Mobile" and Next mobile, four media outlets (TV channel "360°," parliamentary television "Duma TV," TV channel "Solovyov Live," and the online publication Sport24), three state-owned companies ("Rosatom," "Rostec," and "Rosneft"), and three IT companies (1C, "Trukonf," "Digital Solutions of the Regions").
