Welders and fitters in Russia are earning up to 500,000 rubles.

      Over the past year, the salaries of representatives of working professions – locksmiths, welders, turners, plumbers, and electricians – have increased by about 40%. Independent HR specialist Zuliya Loikova told "Abzat" about this. According to her, such specialists can now earn around 500,000 rubles. She also noted that entering the profession is quite simple: it is not necessary to enroll in college; often, it is enough to complete a two-month course. As an example, Loikova mentioned her client with a higher education and knowledge of foreign languages, who had long struggled to find a job in his field. She suggested that he learn the profession of a welder and obtain the corresponding diploma, promising that the demand for such specialists would be high. According to the specialist, two months later, this person reported that he received about 15 job offers and was choosing between them, while employers offered him a starting salary of 180,000–190,000 rubles even without experience.
