Today, the cultural center "Moscow" has become the main point of attraction for everyone concerned about the fate of people with disabilities. The V International Forum "Kind Kazan. Inclusion as a New Social Norm: Challenges and Solutions" is taking place here, dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the eponymous city project and its supervising NGO.

Since early morning, the foyer has been buzzing with activity: 300 experts from different regions of Russia and foreign countries (UAE, Turkey, Israel, Kazakhstan, Belarus) have gathered not just for formal discussions, but to "synchronize watches" on inclusion issues and exchange real-life experiences. The atmosphere in the "Moscow" cultural center is far from strict formality. Each guest could not only learn about the foundation's activities but also engage with the creativity of its beneficiaries. Even before the official opening, guests filled the venue: some were studying the stands with the history of the "Kind Kazan" foundation. Others were keenly examining the "Fair of Kindness," which showcased the works of the foundation's beneficiaries: paintings, keychains, bowls, plates, jewelry, and more. All made with soul and care. The heart of the event is the people. At the interactive activity areas, volunteers, who are themselves beneficiaries of the organization, welcomed and accompanied the guests. At the coffee stand, guests were greeted by Artem, a barista from the "Kind Kazan" coworking space. "I give people kindness through coffee," said Artem. Ice cream is also being sold here. All proceeds will go to the "Kind Kazan" foundation. Nearby is the "Post of Kindness": forum participants are signing postcards to their relatives in other cities. The card designs were created by the foundation's beneficiaries: they feature touching drawings by children with disabilities. "I sent a postcard to my friends in Moscow, with love from Kazan," said one of the participants.
For guests, there is a photo exhibition "Children. AU. We Will Spread Our Wings" – "Living Paintings" from the inclusive center "Wings," showcasing parody works of famous artists. The photographs feature the center's beneficiaries. There are also workshops on creating paintings on plates. And at the chess table, a serious battle is underway. The forum will last for two days and will unfold across ten city venues. Participants will discuss how charity should develop, what problems and challenges face everyone involved in this activity, and how to respond to them, sharing successful practices. Leading experts in the field – heads of the largest charitable foundations in Russia and abroad – will share their experiences in thematic sections. Special guests at the forum include Anna Skorobogatova – president of the charitable foundation X5 "We Help"; Ekaterina Men – president of the Autism Problems Center and one of Russia's leading specialists in autism spectrum disorders; Jahit Korkmaz – director of the Foundation for the Education and Protection of Children with Intellectual Disabilities (Turkey); Albilakova Samal - head of the Corporate Foundation "Bolashak" (Kazakhstan); Ida Igra – social-pedagogical rehabilitation specialist, practicing expert in conductive pedagogy (Israel); Alla Mallabiou - co-founder and general director of the NGO "I Hear You," member of the World Hearing Forum, expert in developing inclusive programs; Tatiana Konstantinova – expert in the NGO and charity sector, public figure; Evgenia Petelchuk – director of development for the charitable foundation "Anton is Here" and others.
The forum program includes not only meetings and discussions but also a large-scale exhibition and interesting formats such as a creative theater workshop from the charity foundation "Anton is Here" from St. Petersburg or a training workshop "Sports Without Borders" based at the Volga University of Physical Culture, Sports, and Tourism. The culmination will be excursions on the "interactive map" of Kazan. Guests will see how inclusion works in reality by visiting landmark sites: the "Dan" sports complex (Charity Foundation "Yardem"), the inclusive boulevard on Sereva Street, the centers "Luch," "Krylya," "All for Children," "Tylsym," "Together," the "BlagoDaru" center, and the "Kind Kazan" coworking space.
