The poetry of Tukay is without borders.
Today, a musical and poetic evening "Tukay in Different Languages" was held with great success at the District House of Culture, dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Tatar poet Gabdulla Tukay. The event was attended by honored guests: the deputy head of the district Evgeny Kurkov, vice-president of the International Union of Women, head of the Tetyushi local branch of the World Congress of Tatars Rima Safiullova, and the deputy head of the district executive committee Natalia Nikolaeva. The creative dedication to the poet turned out to be truly heartfelt and bright. Young artists — students from preschool institutions, schoolchildren, and people who are not indifferent to the poet's creativity — read the poems of Gabdulla Tukay in different languages with inspiration, performed small theatrical sketches based on his works, and sang songs written to his verses. The moment was particularly festive due to the awarding of the winners of the drawing and craft competition dedicated to the poet's work, as well as the children who brilliantly performed Tukay's works. Young talents were awarded diplomas and memorable prizes — a well-deserved recognition of their efforts and talent. The evening once again proved that the creativity of Gabdulla Tukay knows no borders and language barriers, continuing to inspire new generations.
