      Over the past week, housing inspectors conducted checks in 46 apartment buildings, resulting in the identification of 33 violations. Special attention was drawn to cases of illegal use of premises. For instance, in Naberezhnye Chelny, in building No. 52/13, residential apartments were arranged in the basement for a plumber, including a toilet connected to the communal water supply networks. A similar situation occurred in the second entrance of the same building: the passageway was partially blocked by brickwork, and the entrance door was bricked up to separate the illegally created living space. Here, the toilet was also connected to the communal utilities. As part of preventive work, 98 warnings were issued. For example, the Nizhnekamsk management company "Zhilyo" received warnings for the unsatisfactory condition of the container site near building No. 1 on Tukay Street (large waste) and for a broken bench near building No. 10 on Gainullina Street. It is important to note that the reasons for warnings often come from appeals by residents of Tatarstan on social networks. For instance, residents of Bugulma complained about flooding of basements with thawed and sewage waters at the addresses: Esenin Street, building No. 12, October Street, building No. 14, and Soviet Street, building No. 65. In this regard, management companies were warned about the need for proper maintenance of communal property. Violators were fined 43 times for a total of about 947 thousand rubles. Of these, 50 thousand rubles were imposed on the director of the Kazan management company "Zarechye" for a leaking roof of building No. 6 on Marshrutnaya Street. In Chistopol, for a similar violation in building No. 7 on Koroleva Street, the chairman of the HOA "Kosmos" was fined 4 thousand rubles.

      In addition, magistrate courts imposed 8 fines totaling 170 thousand rubles. Of these, 6 fines amounting to 60 thousand rubles were imposed on the regional operator for capital repairs, the NPO "Housing Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan," for non-compliance with the orders of the Housing Inspection of Tatarstan.
