During the meeting, projects in the fields of energy, IT, and construction were presented. The General Director of "Liotech" (Saint Petersburg), Valery Yarmoschuk, spoke about the company's activities. The presentation included solutions in the area of energy storage, including container and mobile installations, autonomous hybrid power plants, uninterruptible power supply sources, battery modules, and specialized batteries. Today, the company's developments are used in energy, industry, transport, communication facilities, and data centers, as well as for integration with renewable energy sources and backup power supply. Yarmoschuk proposed to develop joint projects with Tatarstan, including in the field of public electric transport, communications, and in cooperation with the republic's industrial and technological parks. Rustam Minnikhanov instructed to explore promising areas of interaction with the company. Addressing the General Director of "Tatneftekhiminvest Holding," Rafinat Yarullin, and the Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan, Oleg Korobchenko, he emphasized the need for Tatarstan enterprises to familiarize themselves with the presented technologies. "Solutions in the field of energy storage systems are very important, especially in emergency situations," emphasized the President of Tatarstan. Also at the meeting, the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, together with the "Strategic Partnership," presented the technology of metallic 3D printing using the WAAM method – electric arc additive manufacturing. The head of the laboratory of lightweight materials and structures at SPbPU, Oleg Panchenko, explained that the technology is based on layer-by-layer formation of products according to a digital model. According to him, the solution allows for faster production, increased efficiency, improved product quality, and the replacement of foreign components with domestic analogs. The technology is used for the manufacture of large and complex parts, welded joints, and gradient structures, reducing costs and dependence on imports. "We often have questions about restoring or creating complex products for our industry. Therefore, the topic you raised today is very relevant. We will cooperate. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan will oversee this direction," said Rustam Minnikhanov. The General Director and founder of "Tangla" (Yekaterinburg), Andrey Belkevich, spoke about digital solutions in construction. The company is developing a platform that integrates project documentation data, volume calculations, and cost estimates with automatic deviation detection. The system allows for reducing the preparation time for calculations from several weeks to one day, increasing the accuracy of cost estimates, and identifying errors at early stages. The solution is applied in capital construction, including petrochemical facilities, as well as in repair work. The company has already implemented a project with "Gazprom" and collaborates with Tatarstan enterprises and the Alabuga SEZ. The President of Tatarstan noted the technology's potential for the fuel and energy complex. "Large projects are being implemented by 'Tatenergo,' 'Grid Company,' 'Sibur.' For everyone involved in energy, this topic is very interesting," he said.

      The head of the Investment Development Agency of Tatarstan, Taliya Minullina, presented directions for promoting oil and gas chemistry on international platforms. In 2026, the relevant topics will be included in the programs of international forums "Russia – Islamic World: KazanForum," "Sprouts: Russia and China – mutually beneficial cooperation," and the TIME business forum. As part of the KazanForum, a session on oil and gas chemistry in Russia and CIS countries is planned with the participation of representatives from government bodies and industry companies. Special attention is given to cooperation with China and India, as well as the development of international dialogue. "KazanForum is a serious international platform, and for the fourth time, the forum will be held at the federal level. In addition, we are closely working with China, India, and the countries of the Persian Gulf. We need to build relationships with partners and seek new markets. And our international forums certainly contribute to this work," added the President of Tatarstan.
