      On the eve of May Day, which is traditionally associated with labor and spring renewal, medical workers in Tatarstan actively participated in environmental actions and activities aimed at improving local areas. As part of the All-Russian week of clean-up events "We are for Cleanliness," held from April 18 to May 3, medical institution staff not only cared for the health of patients but also tidied up their workplaces. The traditional clean-up at the Tyulyachinsk Central District Hospital saw union activist medics join the action "Help the district be cleaner," dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the recreation of the Tyulyachinsky district. Hospital staff swept, raked trash, cleaned paths, and tended to green spaces. Doctors, nurses, and administrative staff armed themselves with rakes, brooms, and good spirits to tidy up the area: they removed leaves, swept paths, and prepared flower beds for spring. The highlight of the program was the Rybno-Slobodsk fish soup with smoke and heartfelt conversations, which lifted the spirits of the medics as effectively as caffeine.
